RE-EXIT FORMALITY FOR EXHIBIT PRODUCTS |

As to the re-exit formality about the exhibit
products or samples, the exhibitors would like to know whether
the goods can be declared at the same day when the oversea buyers
buy the samples or make orders on the Fair. |

| |
We would like you to know that: |
| |
1. As to the finished products, if the
value is below RMB5000, not over HK$8000, including the gold
not over 50g, the goods can be declared without any formalities
concerned at the same day when you buy or make orders, you can
carry the goods through the passageway. |

| |
2. If the value is exceeded over the above
amount, or higher, and the goods need to export by shipment,
it should be declared at the customs according to the export
formality, but without any export license and any quarantine
for the animal and plant. |
